Self-learning is the process of being more open to the changes that occur in your body and life, and of increasing your capacity and that of your environment.
It is not a tool to achieve goals, but a tool to create space to change your world. This tool uses your awareness.
No matter what you are studying, you have to be in the here and now to notice when and what new things are happening in your life.
You must also realize that all objects and objects that you perceive are shaped by your own consciousness.
Any time of the day is good for studying, no matter where you are. For example, you can learn a “relaxation strategy,” which consists of not thinking about your goals while studying. You are simply in action, while training your mindful body, and then move on to the next step.
And in general, start and end each day by “listening” to some new song that you are currently singing. It doesn’t have to be a popular song, just an energetic and melodic song. The main thing is that it should be enjoyable for you.
Try also small movements that you like. They can also be associated with a new music for you, though it is desirable that the movements themselves be light. It can be a blink or burning in the palms of your hands, a slight rolling of the fingers. Any activity that lifts your spirits, makes you feel uplifted and friendly.
Feel that your body consists of these small elements, united by a common “mental framework”.
